Student Certificate and Transcript

Our faculty students can obtain their Student Certificate and Transcript Certificate via the e-Government Portal by logging in with their e-Government passwords.

In addition, students whose course registration has been approved for the current term can request electronically signed documents via the Student Information System (SIS) by following the steps below:

Documents that can be requested via SIS:

Student Certificate (Turkish or English) (only students whose course registration has been approved for the current term can apply)

Transcript (Turkish or English)

Disciplinary Status Certificate

Document Request Steps:

1. Log in to the system via the ‘Student Login’ option at https://obs.balikesir.edu.tr/.

2. On the screen that opens, follow the User Operations > Document Request tab in the left menu to create a document request.

3. Once the requested document is approved, the ‘Show Document’ button next to the relevant document becomes active. Click this button to print the document.

Important Note: All documents are provided with an electronic signature, and the document verification code is located at the bottom of the page. Therefore, there is no need for a wet signature or seal on the documents.
